GENERAL: The Tropicana Las Vegas has been a Las Vegas landmark since its inception in 1957. The property is located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue in the heart of the famed Las Vegas Strip. A wealth of gaming fun and amenities await our guests. FINE DINING: Legends Steak & Seafood is truly an American classic, featuring thick, juicy slabs of prime rib, aged-to-perfection steaks, melt-in-your mouth seafood and tender chicken specialties. Prime beef at choice prices; Entrées starting as low as $13.95. Legends Steakhouse is located on the upper level and open Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 5-11 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 739-2376. Mizuno’s Japanese Steak House specializes in Teppan dining. Menu items include seafood, chicken and beef, all prepared on an open grill right at your table. Tuscany Italian Café features great Italian food served in a casual and authentic environment. The menu features a variety of Italian fare including pizza, pasta and other Italian favorites. Tuscany is open Friday through Tuesday from 5-11 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 739-2655. Discover a variety of fresh, delectable fare at the Garden Café. The café offers an enormous menu selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner with entrees as low as $5.99. The Garden Café provides 24-hour dining convenience and a fantastic view of our beautiful poolside gardens. Island Buffet offers a great variety of foods with a breathtaking view of the five-acre garden and pool area. The Island Buffet serves breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:30-11 a.m. ($9.99), lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. ($10.99) and all you can eat prime rib and shrimp dinner buffet from 4-10 p.m. ($14.99). Champagne Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. ($15.99). Located on the upper level, adjacent to the Trop Shops. However you roll the dice, you’ll come up a big winner at Player’s Deli. Dining selections include: over-stuffed sandwiches, cool green salads, tantalizing appetizers and more. The Deli is the perfect hot spot for a quick break in the action. Located just off the casino floor next to Leroy’s Sports Book. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tropicana’s coffee bar, Java Java, features gourmet coffee, espresso and cappuccino. Java Java has two convenient locations. The casino floor location is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The second Java Java shop is located in the Island Tower near the convention rooms and is open daily from 6 a.m. to noon. POOL: Between the hotel’s twin towers are five acres of tropically landscaped grounds, pools, lagoons and waterfalls. The large main pool is open seasonally with the indoor portion being separated by glass doors and heated in the winter for year round swimming. Three relaxing spas, cascading waterfalls, two lagoons and the Lagoon pool are surrounded by lush tropical plants to complete this “paradise in the desert.” Guests can try their hand at our world famous swim-up blackjack tables at the pool during the summer months.
TROPICANA ISLAND SPA: Guests may experience a myriad of body treatments at the Tropicana Island Spa. Our spa offers a variety of massages, facials, body wraps, waxing, paraffin treatments, tanning and more. Fitness enthusiasts may utilize a variety of exercise equipment such as treadmills, stair steppers, cable machines and free weights. The Tropicana Spa is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily and is located on the first floor in the Island Tower. SPECIAL GUEST SERVICES: Valet parking – Complimentary valet parking is provided at the front entrance of the Tropicana Las Vegas. Laundry/dry cleaning – Bell Services pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning. Same-day dry cleaning is available. Business Center – The Business Center caters specifically to convention/meeting attendee needs. Services offered include shipping and receiving, copying and faxing. Computers are available for rent. Beauty Salon – Alexandra Salon II offers the ultimate in hair design. Services include shampoo, cut and style, up-do’s and perms. The salon also offers facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures. Hair products and accessories are available for purchase. The beauty salon is located on the Mezzanine Level. Game Room – The Tropicana Game Room is a great option for kids. A variety of fun and exciting video games are available for play between the hours of 8 a.m. and midnight. Located on the lower level next to the pool. SHOPPING: The Tropicana offers several shopping options for our guests. The Tropicana Gift Shop consists of unique, distinctive gifts and souvenirs to commemorate any visit to the Tropicana and Las Vegas. Items include T-shirts, dice, cards, beverages, snacks and more. Tropicana Sundries features over-the-counter medicine including head, cold and stomach remedies, personal hygiene products, a wide variety of snack foods, cigarettes, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as books, magazines, postcards and several souvenir items. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Located on the Mezzanine Level in the walkway connecting the two towers are the Trop Shops. A variety of retail stands are set up in this area offering a wide range of merchandise. Items for sale include lotions and bath products, sports memorabilia, Hawaiian apparel, unique chess games and children’s clothing. Tropicana Fashions has it all-Located next to the Tiffany Theatre; guests will find an assortment of fashionable clothing to choose from.
