TROPICANA LAS VEGAS, INC. ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF NIKKI BEACH LAS VEGAS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PENROD MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC.

In a 8k filing today, Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc. announced it was terminating the Management Agreement dated April 14, 2010 with Nikki Beach Las Vegas (“NBLV”) and Penrod Management Group, Inc. (“Penrod”). Prior to the termination, NBLV and Penrod managed the Nikki Beach nightclub and beach club at the property’s hotel and casino.

The 8k filing states that “Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc. terminated the management agreement due to the failure by NBLV to comply with and perform the covenants, agreements, terms and conditions…”, and further outlines failure for NBLV to meet contractual obligations.

Following the termination, Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc. has taken over management of both Club Nikki and Nikki Beach Las Vegas.
